I am a 23-year-old man who has been taking tadalafil for six years, as well as the erectile dysfunction medication Viagra (Sildenafil). I have been prescribed the generic medication for erectile dysfunction in the past, but have not been able to get an erection through tadalafil use. I am currently taking Viagra and will continue taking it until the prescription is complete. My doctor has prescribed this for me but has not given me any instructions. He has told me to take it on an empty stomach but has not been able to do so. I am now in the last few months, and I am in the last few weeks taking tadalafil and am now taking it on an empty stomach.
I was prescribed this erectile dysfunction medication only three months ago because I was concerned I was going to get an erection and I was having problems when I took it. I am on tadalafil once a day, and am not using it for a week or two. I am currently taking it once every 24 hours. I have never taken it before.
I am not sure if this medication is the right dose for me, but the directions say to take it on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before sex. I have taken it every day for four weeks, and it is not helping much with the erectile dysfunction. I am now going to try it again and see if it works for me.
Thanks for the responses. I will go see what the instructions are and see what is happening with this. If this does not work then what should I do next?

I hope this answers the question!

WASHINGTON (WLT) - A South Korean company said it has received more than $3.5 million in sales for its erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, the world's second-biggest selling drug after Pfizer Inc. announced it had stopped selling the drug after the company's patent on the drug expired.
The Seoul-based company said the latest sales of Viagra are "an important development", and that it is planning to sell the drug later this year to the Korean market.
"We believe that Viagra will be an important drug for people across the world to use in treating erectile dysfunction and improving sexual performance," Korea-based Viagra's official website said in a statement.
The company also said it will continue selling the drug for as long as the FDA reviews its drugs and the Food and Drug Administration approved them earlier this year.
Sildenafil, which is sold under the brand name Revatio, is used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure.
